Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. This more favorable commercial policy does not limit any mandatory rights provided for under applicable law.

To initiate a return, write to support@rinoxar.com, stating your order number and the reason for your request. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned complete with accessories, manuals, and original packaging, where reasonably possible. You may examine it as you would in a store; you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Return Address

Unless a different address is specified in the return authorization: RGS EUROPE SRLS, Via Filippo Cesare Annessi 16, 00169 Rome RM, Italy. Always wait for instructions from customer service before shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless RINOXAR states otherwise or provides a prepaid label. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by RINOXAR.

Damage, Errors, and Defects

Check your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the case and propose the applicable remedy.

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

For distance contracts concluded in the European Union, you have at least 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to support@rinoxar.com within the applicable period. Statutory rights take precedence over any more restrictive conditions in this policy.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law, including personalized or custom-made goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened, and digital content once performance has begun with express consent. Promotional items remain returnable under the same rules, unless a specific exception provided for by law applies. Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

Contact us to check whether an exchange is available. Alternatively, after your return has been accepted, you may place a new order.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. For approved commercial returns, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. For withdrawal exercised in the European Union, the refund will be made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal; we may withhold it until we receive the goods or proof that they have been shipped, whichever is earlier. Crediting times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Commercial Warranty

All RINOXAR products include a 24-month commercial warranty. This warranty does not limit the statutory warranty rights provided for under applicable law.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under applicable law, for a minimum period of two years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, you may request the remedies provided for by law, including repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund.
